Cash on delivery gives you the one thing an online order usually can't: the parcel in your hands before your money leaves them. These six terms are how we keep that fair on both sides.
Inspect the product before accepting the delivery.
Exchange requests must be made at delivery, in the courier's presence.
Items must be unused, with all original tags attached.
Report an incorrect or damaged item immediately.
Refunds are available only when a valid replacement is unavailable.
No refunds for size, minor colour variation, or change of mind.
